Nest & Nectar emerged from a lifetime of listening. The ocean was my first teacher — long before I had words for its lessons — training me in steadiness amid unpredictability. For more than twenty years, I taught open-water rowing, returning again and again to the edge of balance where deeper currents surfaced — fear, control, surrender, and eventually steadiness. That steadiness followed me beyond the water, where herbal tradition and the rhythms of motherhood revealed how the body finds its way back.
Over time I began to recognize that steadiness is not the absence of pressure — it is the capacity to remain present within it.
This is what Nest & Nectar grew from. The work gradually took form through years of study in herbal tradition, physiology, and holistic health — shaped by listening, by nature, and by what the body reveals when given space. Today it takes shape through embodied guidance, botanical remedies, and a growing series of guides for those finding their way back to themselves.
My background includes certifications in naturopathy and holistic health, alongside years of study in herbal medicine and the relationship between physiology, perception, and environment.
